Body Psychology

A partner, Journal, pen and yoga mat.

We will begin with teachers background and testimony of body psychology and how it’s immersed into her practice. We will go over a brief background of body syndromes in the body, how to detect them ,and how to counter the physical manifestations of these pains/ traumas. Then the teacher will demo a 5-7 minute assessment (psychic tap in and reiki/ traditional Chinese medicine technique).

At the half way mark classmates will partner and practice on each other for 10 minutes each and log their findings. They will have an opportunity to ask questions afterwards and their experience of self actualization.

This course is meant to give students awareness of their own bodies and how to intuitively receive from others without having to verbally communicate.
