Through Somatic movement, Reiki, and Sound Healing we align into a higher quality resonance and vibration of the desires we hold. 

Through this group healing journey, we experience moving our intentions into the body with reiki, somatic movement, and sound healing. 

When women come together, we amplify the truth of our hearts and experience true healing.

A bit about our facilitators:

Em Shanell: A Movement Therapist and Feminine Alignment Mentor, offers a wide range of tools and techniques to come into alignment and inner harmony with mind, body, and spirit and will offer a spoken guided movement journey.

Rebeca Camacho: A Sound Healer, Reiki energy worker, yoga teacher, and breathwork facilitator, she infuses movement and music as medicine into all her offerings, and is passionate about leading practices that drop you into your heart and bring you closer to your soul's essence.
