About the event
A relaxing class where you are able to drop into the music, drop into your body and away from your mind. The class is about the energetics of the body, feeling vibrational changes, relaxing, letting go more than heavy movement.  We will take the pleasures of  Saturday morning seriously. The class includes essential oils, reiki, and a light massage.

Tim has plays regularly at Henesseys in La Jolla, California Wild Ales, and OB Brewery.
