Live Music + Yoga with Reiki, Essential Oils & Light Massage

A relaxing class where you are able to feel the music, drop into your body and away from your mind. We will explore the energetics of our bodies and feel vibrational changes through gentle movement, relaxing and surrendering.  This class has more poses than a yin class but is not as yang as a vinyasa and  includes aromatherapy, reiki, and a light massage.

About Tim & Aly

Tim is a frontman for his band Tecolte Canyon. He is a master of being able to feel the crowd and play to the moment.
