About the event
A relaxing class where we xplore the energetics of our bodies and feel vibrational changes through gentle movement, relaxing and surrendering. Â This class in a mix of kundalini, chi gong, and is about depth but moves a little quicker than a yin class. Aly bathes you in aromatherapy, reiki, and a light massage.

Tim is a frontman for his band Tecolte Canyon. He is a master of being able to feel the crowd and play to the moment.Â
