Join sound practioner Kayla Stieg for an evening of manifestation and relaxation while lying down. You will experience soothing sounds from crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, etc. These frequencies affect all the cells of the body to reduce stress and align the body resulting in deep, transformative relaxation.
