Transformational Breathwork + Breath Analysis

Embark on this transformative experience harnessing the power of your own breath.    During this experience you will receive individualized analysis to see how you are holding your breath, what that means emotionally and how to better support yourself through awareness and opening to a more flowing breath. During the session, Abe will use somatic dance, body mapping with trigger points and affirmations to physically release old patterns and traumas that reside in the subconscious and physical body to allow for a higher frequency state to enter. With the breath and support, it will allow you to bring more life force energy into your being in a safe and effective way. The resulting sensation is a deeper connection with yourself and spirit.
