Transformational Breathwork Special Event

Embark on this transformative experience harnessing the power of your own breath.  Transformational Breath® is a breathwork system that uses a particular breathing pattern along with body positioning, acupressure, sound, invocations, and affirmations to create powerful energetic shifts within our physical, emotional, and spiritual bodies.  During this experience you will receive individualized coaching to support a more open flowing breath.  This will support you physically by bringing in more life force energy in a safe and effective way.  You will also have the opportunity to shift old patterns and traumas that reside in the subconscious into higher frequencies.  (letting go of the negative thought patterns that no longer serve us.).  This will allow you to have a deeper connection with yourself and spirit.
