Join us on Jan 12th for Voice of the womb: a vocal liberation ceremony for womb carriers and woman to connect with the voice of their womb, clear blocks in their throat and sacral chakras, liberate their expression and be witnessed in community. This is a circle to amplify personal intentions and deep healing  for yourself and ancestors 𓂀 

When we sing we can calm our entire nervous system and bring healing to our bodies and wombs. The womb and throat are deeply connected; both anatomically through the pelvis and the jaw, the cervix and the vocal chords are made of the same tissues and bone structures. In the womb they were formed together and as we develop, our spine grows between them. Our central nervous system and vagus nerve is formed between the these two polarities, connecting our nervous system to our voice and womb! 

In this 2 hr ceremonial workshop you will be guided through 

Energy clearing + New moon prayer 

Embodied primal breath and movement 

Vocal toning + Sacred Sounding 

Connecting Voice and womb + Expressing from the Womb 

Womb meditation + interactive sound journey
