Yoni Steam & Womb Liberation

Hello my beloved sisters,

We want to personally invite you for our upcoming yoni steam gathering here at The Healing Collective! This will be a red tent women's gathering. Our facilitator Esther Marie will be educating us on the benefits on yoni steaming and what herbs will work best for you. During this yoni steam she will be guiding you through a womb trauma release meditation. Clearing out any stagnation that may be ahold in our wombs.  Connecting us back to our mind, body, and spirit of our wombs.  We are excited to bring to you this intimate gathering.

Yoni information:

•If you have an IUD birth control unfortunately, you can’t participate in the yoni steam. The steam opens up your cervixs and makes room for the IUD to slip out.

•If you are currently bleeding it is not recommended to steam. The warm steam causes increases circulation to your reproductive organs, and if you are actively bleeding, the increased circulation may cause bleeding to increase to unsafe levels.

•Pregnancy the steam may be too much heat on your baby as well as open your cervix.

There are other times when steaming is usually not recommended, but we leave that decision up to you:

• Active infection with a burning itch: Steaming may clear up infections, but an infection with a burning itch may be made worse by heat.

• Tubal Coagulation: This is the process of tying your tubes, a permanent form of a birth control. This can build up scar tissue, and steaming has anecdotally reduced scar tissue.

If you have any of these complications please message me. You are still welcome to participate in the circle! Just won’t be able to participate in the steam. If you are bleeding this is an open space to free bleed into mama earth! This is a talking circle and red tent gathering.

Items you will need to bring:

• Large Cooking Pot for Yoni Steaming (Approx. 9 inches W x 6 inches deep)

• Two regular bath towels for yoni steam seat.

• One Large scarf for yoni steam seat

• Wear a flowy long skirt for steam

• If you don’t have a long skirt. Please bring a medium size sheet to wrap around you.

• Yoga mat

• Water

• Notebook and pen

• Any alter tools
