6. Confidentiality I understand that all information I share with the practitioner during my session will be kept confidential unless required by law.
7. Cancellation and Refund Policy I acknowledge and agree to the cancellation and refund policy outlined on the website. Failure to adhere to these policies may result in forfeiture of any deposits or payments made.
8. Agreement to Electronic Signature By proceeding with my booking, I acknowledge that my electronic consent and agreement to these terms are legally binding. I certify that I have read and understood this Liability Waiver and Informed Consent form.
