Who should avoid Balinese Massage?

What can you expect in a session?

Balinese massage is a traditional healing therapy from Bali, Indonesia, renowned for its holistic approach to relaxation and rejuvenation. This therapy combines aromatherapy, acupressure, and deep tissue massage techniques to release muscle tension, improve circulation, and promote overall well-being.

Balinese massage uses a variety of techniques, including kneading, rolling, and palm-and-thumb pressure, tailored to individual needs. The integration of aromatherapy with local essential oils enhances the experience, soothing the senses and calming the mind. This traditional hot oil massage combines herbal therapy, aromatherapy, acupressure, and trigger point therapy for energetic release and relaxation. The massage includes treatment of the belly and many major organs to promote overall well-being, further release stresses in the body, and nourish the skin.

Balinese massage is ideal for anyone looking to relieve muscle tension, improve circulation, and enhance their overall sense of well-being. It is particularly beneficial for those seeking profound relaxation, stress relief, and a sense of inner harmony.

While generally safe, individuals with certain health conditions, such as severe cardiovascular issues, skin infections, or recent surgeries, should consult their healthcare provider before undergoing a Balinese massage. Pregnant women should also seek medical advice to ensure this therapy is appropriate for them.
