What is access bars?

Access Bars Therapy is a hands on energy healing process. It uses energy centres or bars which are located on the head, and unlocks them using gentle touch. There are 32 different energy centres on the head and once unlocked and released they flow down into the body.

Does Access Bars work?

The study found that a 90-minute Bars session Bars reduced the severity of anxiety symptoms by 84.7 percent on average, and the severity of depression symptoms by 82.7 percent.

What are the Benefits?

Some of the benefits people have experienced from this gentle touch holistic therapy technique include mental clarity, improved sleep, calmness and inner peace, as well as reduced stress, anxiety, depression, frustration and sadness.

I would like to invite you to explore what changed my life from frustration and depression to a deep sense of presence and gratitude and awe for simply being alive!

I'm a lover of the tools of Access Consciousness since I discovered them in 2011.  My life expanded. My sense of pleasure, joy and ease seeped into every experience and interaction.  It's infectious! It's delightful!  and it's what is available when we are being ourselves.
