Ecstatic Breathwork With David

David will be guiding you through a transcendental protocol that creates space for possibility while tapping into the intuition of your body. You will also walk away empowered with the knowledge of how to safely explore altered states of consciousness for a lifetime of healing and inspiration.

The goal of this class is to explore if we can make a night of healing as fun as a Friday night out. This class is a blend of breathwork, upbeat music, and light stretching. Bring your favorite massage tool and leave feeling refreshed and renewed!
