A relaxing class where you are able to drop into the music, drop into your body and away from your mind. The class is about feeling the vibrations, relaxing, letting go and taking the pleasures of your Saturday morning seriously. The class includes essential oils, reiki, and a light massage.

Tim has plays regularly at Henesseys in La Jolla, California Wild Ales, and OB Brewery.
